International City Theatre is back with its Summer Youth Conservatory! The six-week program for youths – scheduled July 6 - Aug. 13 – places 7- to 15-year-olds under the wings of industry professionals. They’ll learn how to translate acting, music and movement onstage, skills that will be showcased in a free performance at the Long Beach Performing Arts Center.
